These terms

By using drawdroid.com or placing an order you agree to these terms, our privacy notice, shipping, and returns pages. Promotions are also under the promotions rules.

If you buy as a consumer, nothing here takes away rights the law says we cannot exclude. If you buy as a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

What we sell

We sell physical pen-plotter ink drawings on archival paper:

• Originals — one-of-one ready-made drawings. Each SKU is limited to a single sheet. Once it is sold, that piece will not be drawn again.
• Design your own — a drawing made from the style, colours, and orientation you set on the homepage.
• Blueprints — a portrait technical drawing composed from photos you upload of a motorbike, aircraft, boat, car, or firearm, with optional make, model, and year.

Standard size is 21 × 30 cm (A4) or the landscape equivalent. Unusual sizes are only by written agreement through the contact page.

Drawings are machine-made with a pen on paper. Lines, joins, colour, and small marks (including logomark traces, pen changes, and paper handling) are part of the work. Screens and videos are a guide, not a colour-managed proof. A digital draft, if offered at checkout, is still a preview of a physical drawing.

Phantasm Ltd is not VAT-registered. Prices are as shown, with no VAT added. Currency on the site is a display convenience. The charge on your statement is taken by Stripe in the currency of the checkout.

Orders and contract

Adding an item to the cart is not an order. Your contract is formed when Stripe confirms payment. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if an Original has already sold, a photo set cannot be drawn, payment fails, or we cannot ship to you) and refund any amount we have taken.

Promo codes, bundles (including any-3-originals pricing), and sale prices apply only if they appear as accepted at checkout. We may withdraw or limit an offer at any time before payment is confirmed.

Payment is taken by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Stripe emails the receipt.

Delivery

We ship worldwide from the UK. Typical delivery is 5–15 working days from payment, including drawing time. That is an estimate. See shipping for costs, tracking, customs, and risk.

Cancellation and returns

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty goods may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Consumers have a 14-day cancellation right for unused Originals. Design your own and blueprint drawings are made to your specification, so that cancellation right does not apply. Full detail is on returns.

Your content

If you upload photos, type a prompt, or send a message, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that material solely to fulfil and support your order (including composing a blueprint, plotting, customer service, and a limited archive as described in the privacy notice).

You warrant that you have the right to give us that material, that it is not unlawful, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You must not upload child sexual abuse material or other illegal content. We may refuse, delete, or report material, and cancel the order without drawing it.

Blueprint photos

Blueprint orders are drawings on paper from photographs. We do not collect, store, or ship the object. For a firearm blueprint you confirm you are an adult and that you lawfully possess and photograph the item in your jurisdiction. We may refuse an order. A drawing is not a licence, a parts diagram for manufacture, or legal advice.

Intellectual property

Drawdroid, the site, the engines, styles, and our original designs are owned by us or our licensors. Buying a drawing buys the physical sheet described at checkout. It does not buy our brand, software, or the right to reproduce the design for sale. You may display the sheet you bought.

The 6-digit authenticity code is issued by us on our terms. It is not a certificate of investment value.

The website

We try to keep the site accurate. Stock, prices, and previews can change. Search and cart may be unavailable. You may not scrape, attack, or misuse the site.

Reviews

Reviews must be honest and about a drawing you bought or a genuine experience. We may edit or refuse publication of unlawful, abusive, or misleading reviews.

Promotions

Giveaways, prize draws, discount codes, and similar offers are not sales of those prizes. They are governed by the promotions rules.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that English law does not allow us to exclude.

Otherwise, to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, data, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (including courier failure, customs, shortage of archival paper or ink, illness, or platform outages).

Changes

We may change these terms for future orders. The version on this page at the time you pay is the version that applies to that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in your home courts where the law gives you that right.
