Returns & refunds
How to cancel an Original, and what applies to Design your own and blueprints.

Originals (ready-made)
Consumers may cancel a ready-made drawing within 14 days of receipt if it is unused and in resaleable condition.
The 14 days start the day after the drawing is delivered. To cancel, contact us with your order email and what you want to return. We will send return instructions and a UK return address. Do not post anything until we confirm.
The sheet must be unused and in a condition we can sell again — not hung, mounted, marked, or taken out of any sleeve we supplied except as reasonably needed to inspect it. If the value has dropped because of handling, we may reduce the refund by that amount.
Originals are one of one. A returned sheet may or may not be offered for sale again. That does not remove a cancellation right that the law gives you.
Design your own and blueprints
These drawings are made to your specification (style and colours, or your photos and captions). Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the usual 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
If a custom or blueprint drawing arrives damaged, is not as described, or is faulty, contact us. That is a quality claim, not a change of mind. We may ask for photographs and the authenticity code.
Damaged or faulty
If you buy as a consumer, the law still applies to goods that are faulty or not as described. Tell us promptly, keep the packaging, and photograph the damage. We may repair, replace, or refund. For a one-of-one Original we may refund rather than replace if that piece cannot be drawn again.
How refunds work
Refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe emails confirmation. We refund after we receive the drawing back (or you give proof of posting), or sooner if the law requires it. We aim to process a valid refund within 14 days of receiving the return or agreeing the claim.
You pay return postage on a change-of-mind Originals return. We pay return postage if the drawing is faulty or not as described.
If only part of an order is affected we may refund that part.
