Promotions
Giveaways, prize draws, discounts, and other marketing offers. These rules protect Drawdroid and set how promotions run.

Who runs this
Phantasm Ltd (company number 16597243), trading as Drawdroid, is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. These rules apply to every Drawdroid promotion on this website and on our YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and any other channel we use, unless we publish a later written notice from Drawdroid that clearly replaces them.
YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms are not sponsors, partners, or administrators of our promotions. Do not send prize claims to them.
This page wins
Social captions, videos, comments, livestreams, and ads may summarise a promotion. This page is the official rule set. If anything conflicts, Drawdroid decides what applies. A comment, guess, like, follow, or contact-form message does not create a contract to give you a prize.
Drawdroid may change, suspend, extend, or cancel any promotion at any time, for any reason, including after entries have been received. We do not have to run a promotion, pick a winner, or repeat an offer.
What these rules cover
Prize draws, giveaways, “guess the time” or similar social stunts, limited drops, discount codes, free shipping offers, and any other marketing mechanic we describe as a promotion. Paid shop orders stay under the terms. A free prize is not a sale and does not attract consumer cancellation rights.
Eligibility
Unless a specific promotion says otherwise, you must be 18 or over. Drawdroid may refuse anyone. We may exclude employees, contractors, household members, and anyone we reasonably believe is trying to game the promotion.
We may treat multiple accounts, fake accounts, bulk entries, bots, and coordinated entries as one void entry. One person, one prize, unless we say otherwise in writing.
Void where a prize promotion of this kind is not allowed. It is your problem to know whether you may enter.
How to enter
The entry method is whatever that promotion’s Drawdroid post or page says — for example a YouTube comment, a follow, a share, a contact-form claim, or an email. If the method is unclear, Drawdroid’s reading of it is final.
We do not have to see, count, like, reply to, or keep every entry. Platform algorithms, hidden comments, deleted comments, and missed notifications are not our fault. Late, incomplete, or unreadable entries may be ignored.
No purchase is required unless that promotion expressly says a purchase is the entry method.
Winners
Drawdroid chooses the winner. We may use a random draw, our judgement, the first valid claim, or any other method we think fits. Our decision is final. We do not have to explain it, publish a methodology, or enter into correspondence about rejected entries.
We may pick a reserve and move on if the first winner does not complete verification in time. We may keep the prize, offer it again, sell it, or destroy it.
Verification
A prize is not yours until Drawdroid is satisfied you are the winner. We may require any check we want, including:
- commenting a one-time 6-digit PIN on a specified Drawdroid video or post
- replying from a named email address
- proof of identity, age, and address
- a phone number for the courier
The PIN is only for winner checks. It is not the secret authenticity code written on a drawing. Do not treat a PIN as proof that a drawing is genuine.
If you do not complete verification exactly as asked, within 14 days of us first contacting you (or any shorter window we set), you forfeit. We may ignore comments that add extra text, use the wrong video, or come from an account we cannot match.
Prizes
The prize is whatever Drawdroid says it is, in the condition we supply it. One-of-one originals stay unique; if that piece is damaged, already sold, or no longer available, we may substitute something we consider comparable, or nothing, at our option. There is no cash alternative unless we offer one.
Prizes are accepted as seen. We do not warrant that a promotional drawing matches a video thumbnail, colour on your screen, or a commenter’s description. Authenticity codes, if any, are issued on our terms — see authentication.
Delivery
We only ship if you give a complete, usable address in time. We ship from the UK. We may refuse destinations we cannot or do not want to serve. Risk passes when we hand the parcel to the courier. If the courier cannot deliver because of a bad address, a missed collection, or customs, that is not a new prize.
Giveaway shipping is a courtesy, not a consumer delivery contract. Tracking, if we send it, is a courtesy too.
Publicity
By entering, you allow Drawdroid to use your first name, country, social username, comment, and a photo of the prize in situ, to announce the winner and to advertise Drawdroid, without extra payment. If you do not want that, do not enter.
Discounts and other offers
Promo codes, sale prices, and free-shipping thresholds can be withdrawn at any time, limited to one use, blocked on custom commissions, or refused where we suspect abuse. Checkout is the only place an offer is confirmed. A social post does not lock a price.
Data
Winner names, emails, comments, and delivery details are used to run the promotion and to ship, and as described in our privacy notice. We may keep what we need to show we ran the promotion honestly.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Drawdroid is not liable for lost entries, platform outages, delayed post, customs charges, or disappointment. Our liability for a promotion, if any, is limited to the retail value we assign to that prize, and is otherwise excluded except where English law says we cannot exclude it (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and fraud).
Law
These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that Drawdroid may still pursue you in your home courts if we need to.
