What do you sell?
Originals are one-of-one ready-made ink drawings. Design your own lets you pick a style and colours on the homepage. Blueprints are personalised technical drawings from your photos of a motorbike, aircraft, boat, car, or firearm.
What is Design your own?
Pick a style on the homepage, set colours and portrait or landscape, and add it to cart. Drawdroid plots it in archival pigmented ink on 21 × 30 cm or 30 × 21 cm archival paper.
How long does an order take?
Drawings are made to order and typically arrive in 5–15 working days, including drawing time and worldwide delivery. That is an estimate, not a guarantee. See shipping.
What size are Originals?
Originals are 21 × 30 cm (A4).
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, from the UK. Originals orders of £25 or more, and every Design your own or blueprint order, include free shipping. Import charges in your country are yours.
Can I order an unusual size?
Standard drawings are A4. Unusual sizes, series, and one-off projects go through the contact page.
How do I check a drawing is authentic?
Each drawing carries a secret 6-digit code. Send the code and your email on the authentication page. We will check it and reply.
What is your returns process?
See returns. Unused Originals may be cancelled within 14 days of delivery. Design your own and blueprint drawings are personalised, so the usual 14-day cancellation right does not apply unless they arrive damaged or not as described.
Do you charge VAT?
Phantasm Ltd is not VAT-registered. Prices are as shown, with no VAT added.
How do YouTube giveaways work?
Social giveaways, prize draws, and other offers are run under our promotions rules. Drawdroid decides eligibility, winners, and prizes. A winner-verification PIN is not the authenticity code on the drawing.
