Where we deliver

We post from the United Kingdom to addresses worldwide, subject to the courier being able to serve your destination. We may refuse or cancel an order for a destination we cannot serve, and refund you.

What we ship

Originals are one-of-one ready-made ink drawings on 21 × 30 cm (A4) archival paper, shipped as a physical sheet.

Design your own drawings are made to your style, colours, and orientation (portrait or landscape) on A4 or US Letter archival paper.

Blueprints (motorbike, aircraft, boat, car, firearm) are made from your photos as a portrait technical drawing on A4 or US Letter archival paper. We ship paper. We never take possession of a vehicle, boat, aircraft, or firearm.

How long it takes

Drawings are made to order. Allow typically 5–15 working days from payment to delivery, including drawing time. That is an estimate, not a guarantee. Busy periods, paper or ink supply, courier delays, and customs can add time.

Shipping costs

Originals orders of £25 or more include free worldwide shipping. Below that, shipping is shown at checkout. Design your own and blueprint orders include free worldwide shipping.

Your address

You are responsible for a complete, accurate delivery address and any required phone number. If a parcel is returned, delayed, or lost because of a bad address, a missed collection, or a refused delivery, we may charge to reship or treat the order as delivered.

Tracking

We email tracking when the order ships, where the courier provides it. Tracking is a courtesy. It does not change these terms.

Risk and title

If you buy as a consumer, we remain responsible for the drawing until it is delivered to you or to someone you nominate. Title passes on delivery. If you buy as a business, risk passes when we hand the parcel to the courier.

Customs and import charges

International orders may attract customs duties, import VAT, or brokerage fees in your country. Those charges are yours. We cannot mark parcels as gifts to avoid them. If you refuse a parcel at customs, that is not a refund of the drawing unless the law requires it.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a tracked parcel shows as delivered and you do not have it, contact the courier first, then contact us with the tracking number. If a drawing arrives damaged, keep the packaging, photograph it, and contact us promptly. See returns.
